Dominion seems to have lost its way in the process. Not too good for those left, either. Micro managment is rampant. The vision is gone.

and now they are deciding to downsize/consolidate and more are out of work – so very sad for the loyal employees who will now be on the unemployment line. Lean and Mean isn’t always best.

It’s bitter sweet news for those of us who were unceremonously dumped after years of loyalty to help clean up the bottom line (at the advice of Lehman Brothers) so they could look more attractive to the prospective suitors. . . .
