The board of directors of SoCalMLS is promoting Adrese Roundtree to General Manager of SoCalMLS. This will fill a hole that will be left by current CEO Russ Bergeron, who is departing to take the CEO position at MRED.
I think is a very smart move by SoCalMLS. First off they are promoting from within, which shows confidence in the current organization and allows others to step up to new challenges. Also making Adrese the General Manager leaves no doubt to staff who’s in charge, which is important in times like these.
Adrese is no rookie, he currently holds the Director of Operation position at SoCalMLS. A former PRC/Interealty alumni he has been at SoCalMLS since 1993.

Congrats Adrese!!! How wonderful for SoCal subscribers, staff, CARETS and for the industry. Adrese is an awesome guy, dedicated and involved.
Adrese will do well. I’m sure I speak for everyone who has work with him. He works hard & really late. I’ve had email responses at 10PM at times with solutions to issues.
