RIP Shana Pearl

I just heard that after a long bout with cancer Shana Pearl died last night.

I’m not sure of the details. I’ve known Shana for such a long time, she had a big influence on real estate technology in California and the rest of the industry. She had a great laugh and… this is just so damn sad.

    I have known Shana for many years only through conventions and meetings. We never communicated except at the time at these conventions. She was such a happy person to be around and always had the warmest greeting when we saw each other. I am really saddened to hear of her passing and she will be missed. Fuck cancer.
