Is this old news or did I miss something? Seems like a pretty big departure if true and curious why it hasn’t been widely reported on.

It’s huge news. I tried to drum-up interest but I guess my 24 followers on Twitter weren’t enough! BTW I took that screen-shot from their SEC filing on the subject.
