CRMLS expanding beyond California to service the MLS needs of Louisiana REALTORS®
“In its first deal to offer its best-in-class MLS services outside of California, California Regional MLS (CRMLS) has come to an agreement to provide turnkey MLS services to Louisiana’snew broker-led statewide MLS – Greater Southern MLS (GSMLS).
CRMLS is providing Greater Southern MLS a comprehensive suite of technology products, including Matrix, Paragon, Cloud CMA, Realist Tax, ShowingTime, InfoSparks Market Statistics, and many more. In addition, CRMLS is providing compliance, data licensing services, online and live local training, and 7-day-a-week customer support.”
Holy Shit! I can’t think of an MLS organization providing its services out of state in a wholesale fashion like this…ever. And if I’m doing my math correctly this could potentially add over 20,000 agents to CRMLS. Potentially making its membership over 120,000. Boom.
The other side of the story is this (Greater Southern MLS) being a broker-owned MLS. It has shades of MAP MLS back in the day. I can only imagine the politics in play.

Congratulations to Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors! Greater Southern MLS is going to be awesome! We are so excited to be able to serve our clients better by showcasing our listings to Realtors all over the state and regions beyond. Having access to state-wide data will empower our brokers and agents to be the real estate information source and market experts to their clients. Wow, that is quite an accomplishment. Congrats to to GSMLS and the CRMLS team! It’s shaping up to be quite a year. Mid-year we are scheduled to get a major update to the Matrix client portal and in the Fall the rollout of BoxMLS. Busy, busy busy!
