Total bullshit if you ask me. MOVE needs to move on. The best revenge is success. Focus on that.
I don’t blame Move for this preemptive strike. A company’s IP should never be taken lightly.

I don’t think there is much merit to the suit, but it’s an effective strategy to tie up Zillow and Errol (and my guess is Move will add Curt), and delay the start of their work.
