Here’s one from 4 days ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/personalfinance/comments/vh2aoa/do_we_need_a_realtor_when_buying_a_house/ Just go search the word “realtor,” sort by Top, set the time frame to last month, and browse through them. You’ll get an idea. Reddit tends to be an echo-chamber at times, but it’s a very loud and influential echo-chamber in cultural undertows.
