Dotloop alleges Joe Doe hacked Dotloop imitating a South California Keller Williams administrator accessing all of their files. Serious security question(s) regards to Dotloop and keeping user’s data secure.

  2. I have been watching real estate markets going crazy all over the United States. Homes are selling in a few days, home prices are going through the roof. I own a residential real estate brokerage here In Albuquerque New Mexico. We have not seen the big return in prices like many parts of the United States. Homes sales increased in 2015, home prices increased slightly, inventory is down about 20%.

Hoping to see the Albuquerque Market improve dramatically in 2016.

We as property managers and members of PPAR, CAR, and NAR petition to revert back to the MLS for our rental homes. The unilateral decision to change to Rental Beast and Exclude rentals from MLS was made without the vote of members who use the MLS for rentals. It also lowers the benefits to us (PMs) and increases costs to Property managers dramatically for something that was working just fine. We hereby decline and would like RSC to hear our voice and revert back to the MLS.

Without syndication and the ability to show our contact information on our own listings Rental Beast provides no value. We are giving up our own leads that our rental listings generate. We also see little to ZERO value to input our listings in Rental Beast if we can not use Showing Time and get full syndication, then we as property managers may opt out of inserting our listings completely into Rental Beast. Since Rental Beast is not MLS we can not be made to input our listings into a 3rd party website that is not even on the top ten websites used by potential tenants to search for homes. We hereby decline the switch from MLS to Rental Beast.
