New MLS Vendor rises from the ashes of calREDD/Concentric.
as CTO/CFO, Prem Jain (not pictured) as their director of software development and Warren Andrich as VP, Sales and Marketing. The team may be new to management and ownership of the company, but they were working behind the scenes at the old calREDD system.
I had a conversation with some of the principles and they were a lot more kind to C.A.R. than I would have been. They say they have been working on a new database structure which will allow a “front end of choice” solution when/if the California Statewide MLS system grows. I wonder if this is the first sign of the end of CARETS?

“The team may be new to management and ownership of the company, but they were working behind the scenes at the old calREDD system.”
Oh great! That is reassuring! Same terrible system, just new inexperienced leadership!
From the DiscoverMLS Website;
1. “He is a respected industry leader, known for his vision, passion, and commitment to customer satisfaction.”
2. “Bret studied computer science and mathematics at University of California, Santa Barbara”
1. Not in Fresno
2. Where he got kicked out!
FresnoVictim…can you clear something up for us? Something was hinted at in an earlier blog… That stated something to the effect that Fresno was back in line…ready to go live again with calREDD. Is that a true statement to your knowledge? Are all of the brokers/agents in Fresno anxious to join calREDD?
I too read that. NO! to answer your question! The leadership does not ask me for direction, but no one I know of wants to try again!
FresnoVictim: I was wondering about that. Thank you for your input.
