It’s interesting to see how vendors are all approaching these challenges differently. But I’m still confused to the differences between, Clareity SAFE Syndication, OnBoard’s Listing360Insight, (does FBS’ new Spark platform fall in to this category?”. Somebody should make a chart.

The Spark Platform does address data licensing, with a focus on the Spark API and the applications developed using it. One difference might be that, with the Spark API, queries are done live as opposed to the developer replicating all the data to their own servers, and the license terms are applied on every transaction and each transaction is authenticated to a particular MLS member.
