  1. As I wrote about Rentobo.com yesterday, there should always be two. Or three. Or 20. Competition is a GOOD thing and keeps tradition on it’s toes. Wouldn’t you agree?

    Your post assumes one will do. Been my experience when there is only one the customer is the first to suffer….

  5. Zillow is also attempting to sign up big local brokers for access to their office listings and bypass ListHub. Why 10,000 when 2 will do
