Where Real Estate Gets Its Dirt

RIP Shana Pearl

I just heard that after a long bout with cancer Shana Pearl died last night.

I’m not sure of the details. I’ve known Shana for such a long time, she had a big influence on real estate technology in California and the rest of the industry. She had a great laugh and… this is just so damn sad.

  1. Shana was a dear friend of mine. She was instramental in my career growth. I will miss her greatly. Geeeeeze I hate the big C. i’ll never forget ” driving Miss Shana”. We had such great times.

  2. The real estate industry lost one its most unique and progressive members. She will be missed at industry events for her assertive input and commitment. RIP Shana!

  3. Shana’s mark on Real Estate in San Diego County and Southern California will remain for years to come. I have been very blessed to have worked with Shana during all my years in real estate. I will miss her progressive thinking, her friendship, her laugh, and her comments that only Shana could make!

  4. Shana taught me through the years many things of great importance. She was a force in the industry with a keen sense of being at the right place at the right time with the right people behind her. Her legacy in the industry will remain for many years to come. She will always have a place in my heart for her. i was fortunate not only to know her, I was able to learn from her great wealth of knowledge and enjoy her company at a personal level with her wonderful smile, upbeat comical personality, and witty charm! Shana you will be remembered as you are now in a much higher place.

  5. I have known Shana for many years only through conventions and meetings. We never communicated except at the time at these conventions. She was such a happy person to be around and always had the warmest greeting when we saw each other. I am really saddened to hear of her passing and she will be missed. Fuck cancer.
