Show me a realtor who put their contact information into the MLS so that vendors could market to them. Puts the vendor in the same category as termite inspectors and all the other unsolicited calls/emails the MLS member gets. Product placement in the MLS system, dashboard or marketplace stands apart from the cold call pack.
@Rob Not all MLS providers have a marketing department, or marketplace or even a way to effectively email their own members. And a dashboard with a 25 pixel X 25 pixel wide icon isn’t going to do the job.
