“A Subscriber Regional Representative (SRR) supports RMLS subscribers in our regional service areas. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing subscriber training, delivering presentations, preparing and assisting with meetings, and offering basic technical support for hardware and software applications. The SRR acts as the liaison for the company in the field and works closely with Customer Service Representatives when needed.”
