So a small beef producer’s risk profile went way up to even start the process. And the margins on production are very small overall. Supply and demand as we constrain the supply side especially out of Mexico. Good times…

  3. In related news, I haven’t been able to find ribeye cap at Costco for many a moon. Truly the unicorn of Costco meats.
