Requirements

Come join a professional team and an organization full of opportunities. Lender Processing Solutions (LPS) is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a team of talents to develop and maintain web based applications built on ASP.NET using C#/VB.Net with a SQL Server back-end.

This senior level role includes mentoring other team members, working closely with senior developers, and participating in future architectural design.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years web development experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the following areas: ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server 2005+
  • Experience with AJAX and designing .NET Web pages using C#, VB.Net and .NET user controls
  • Experience creating Web 2.0 user interfaces using AJAX is a plus
  • Experience with database schema modeling and implementation through stored procedures, views, functions, etc.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality software on a schedule
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Deadline-oriented commitment to quality work products
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • BS or MS in Computer Science
  • Real Estate industry and/or software knowledge
  • MLS system and/or software knowledge
  • Contact Management/Lead Routing software knowledge

At a recent 2010 Fidelity Title Kick-off  at the Hyatt in Westlake outgoing president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors, Connie Reed, of Aviara Real Estate, and Lisa Anglin of Fidelity Title performed a skit called “Life of a Realtor”.  And lucky for us the cameras were rolling!
